The project's main objectives is the production of indicators for balancing costs and quality in public health care provision.

The main activities are the following:

1 To disseminate the best experiences of management culture and good use of resources
2 To disseminate valid methodologies for the control of management, with the involvement of  health care personnel

1. To participate to the survey of existing management control systems used by public regional health care providers;
2. To participate with other Italian regions to the identification of indicators for balancing cost-quality health and operational evaluation of applicability;

3. To participate in the formulation of methodologies for the control of management in health care companies
